As part of our Advance Your Career series, we’re presenting a free online professional development session: Small Business Fundamentals.
Are you an artist with disability or who is d/Deaf with a business idea? Or are you looking to grow or develop your existing small business? Join us for a 3 hour online workshop led by expert trainers from Settlement Services International (SSI).
SSI is a leader in disability reform through creating opportunities for people with disability to contribute in all aspects of life: economic, social and civic. In this session you will learn:
- The difference between a hobby and a business
- How to assess the overall strength of your business or business idea
- Your role in the business
