Help Make a Valuable Difference for Artists with Disability

This Giving Day to the Arts, we urge you to please donate to our accessible artist residencies.

Accessible Arts partners with Bundanon to present a valuable week-long residency program specifically for writers, musicians and visual artists with disability or who are d/Deaf from NSW and ACT.

This unparalleled opportunity supports underrepresented artists to develop their practice. This equitable initiative is incredibly valuable as artists with disability don’t always get the same opportunities as their non-disabled peers due to a range of physical, financial and cultural barriers.

The renowned Bundanon Artist-in-Residence program is the largest of its kind in Australia. Resident artists are accommodated in accessible self-catering cabins incorporating an artist’s studio or musician’s cottage. They are also given a bursary to cover per diems.

Without much-needed fundraising support, this residency program may not be able to continue in 2026.

Please donate if you can. Every dollar makes a big difference!
