Createability Internship Program – Apply Now
Applications are now open for the 2026 Createability Internship Program.
Up to 16 creative practitioners with disability or who are d/Deaf will be selected for internship opportunities covering everything from technical TV production and puppet making to theatre programming and graphic design.
Exciting roles are located across NSW with the following leading creative industries organisations:
Arts & Cultural Industry
Screen Industry
- ABC Australia (Compass; Children & Families; Programming, Aquisitions & Streaming)
- Bus Stop Films
- Endemol Shine Australia
- Far South Film Festival
- SBS Australia
Sound Industry

Internships can take place between 7 April and 31 December 2026. As part of your application, you can choose one or two organisations you would like to work with and nominate if you would like to be considered for a:
- 4 week internship (160 hours)
- 8 week internship (320 hours)
- Either a 4 or 8 week internship
