What is Integrated Dance?

The Integrated Dance program is held at Accessible Arts in partnership with the Sydney Dance Company. Taught by a professional dancer, these dance classes are for people with or without disabilities. The Integrated Dance class has been running for four years and involves an interactive and controlled form of exercise for fitness and fun. This is a place where you can meet people while learning movement to music in a creative and fun environment. Classes are casual so there is no need to book or enrol for a set length of time.  Just turn up and have fun!
