Biography:
My classes are predominantly physical. I encourage people to embrace their own unique physicality and to celebrate it. I usually start with a warm-up task of some kind and then move into the main body of work planned for that session. I work a lot with masks, costume, and props to encourage exploration and imagination. I also use group song/dance to encourage and build confidence. I like to work using music sometimes to help create mood and to stimulate imagination. I love improvisation. I encourage people to not judge themselves or other classmates.
