Biography:
I am a qualified dance-movement therapist with a graduate diploma degree from Wesley Institute in Sydney. I have been working in the disability service area for many years as a respite worker, dance therapist and fitness instructor for both private clients and groups. I also lecture at Wesley Institute on Dance Therapy and Disabilities. My work encompasses a variety of art forms: dance, music and visual arts. I also completed a bachelor degree in Social Science specialising in multi-cultural study at Long Island University in USA. I have a deep understanding and long experience in working with people with multi-cultural background. I also work as a creative dance performer using Chinese Ink and Brush calligraphy- Drawing and Dancing. As a qualified Pilates and fitness instructor with a passion to promote people's well-being, I run a practice named WellnessBliss which is a combination of creativity and healthy lifestyle. I also currently run an Integrated Dance class at Sydney Dance Company.

Biography:
I studied dance therapy in London and nursing in New Zealand. My dance practice has led to work in community and institutional settings with people with a range of disabilities. I have also worked on projects involving a variety of art forms and developed performances with other artists. My wish is to use my skills in supporting people to discover their own dance.
