I also lecture at Wesley Institute on Dance Therapy and Disabilities. My work encompasses a variety of art forms: dance, music and visual arts. I also completed a bachelor degree in Social Science specialising in multi-cultural study at Long Island University in USA. I have a deep understanding and long experience in working with people with multi-cultural background. I also work as a creative dance performer using Chinese Ink and Brush calligraphy- Drawing and Dancing. As a qualified Pilates and fitness instructor with a passion to promote people's well-being, I run a practice named WellnessBliss which is a combination of creativity and healthy lifestyle.
